YUMMY EO CAPRESE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 1 drop Basil Essential Oil

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic

  • 20 mozzarella balls

DIRECTIONS

  • Toss ingredients together and serve immediately.

DELICIOUS BASIL AND OREGANO EO PESTO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated

  • 2 large handfuls of basil

  • 1 large handful of kale (leaves torn from the stems)

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, lightly toasted

  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts, lightly toasted

  • Sea salt and Pepper

  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 6 drops Lemon Essential Oil

  • 2 drops Basil Essential Oil

  • 2 drops Oregano Essential Oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Grate and crush parmesan and garlic by hand or in a food processor.

  • Add basil and kale. Pulse until almost chopped.

  • Add cashews and sunflower seeds. Pulse a bit more.

  • Season well and mix thoroughly with Lemon, Basil, and Oregano Essential Oils and extra virgin olive oil.
